5. GOODS AND MONEY RETURN

5.1. Goods are returned in accordance with the Russian Federation Law "On Consumer Protection."

5.2. Refunds are made by crediting the purchase price to the customer's bank card within seven days of returning the goods to the Seller.

6. GOODS DELIVERY

6.1. Goods are delivered to the Buyer within the timeframe agreed upon by the Parties when confirming the order with a Website employee.

6.2. When delivering goods by courier, the Buyer signs the delivery register next to the items purchased. This signature confirms that the Buyer has no complaints about the completeness, quantity, or appearance of the goods.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.6. If agreement is not reached, disputes will be resolved through court proceedings in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.7. If a court finds any provision of this Offer invalid, this shall not invalidate the remaining provisions.
