Exchange and return

Our online store operates in strict compliance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1.

According to Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1, you have the right to return any product purchased from the online store within seven days after receiving the item, without providing any reason for the return.

A return of a product of proper quality is possible if:

• its original appearance is preserved;

• its consumer properties remain intact;

• the document confirming the purchase of the item is retained.

If a consumer does not have a document confirming the purchase, they still have the right to use other evidence of purchasing the item from this seller.

The list of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged based on the grounds specified in Article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 has been approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. According to clause 14 of this list, books cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a consumer rejects a product, the seller must refund the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, excluding the seller’s expenses for returning the item from the consumer. The refund must be made within ten days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding request.
