Exchange and return

Our online store operates in strict compliance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."

According to Article 26.1 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," you have the right to return any item purchased online within seven days of receipt without stating a reason for the return.

Returns of goods of proper quality are permitted if their presentation, consumer properties, and proof of purchase are intact. The absence of proof of purchase does not preclude the consumer from citing other proof of purchase from the seller.

The list of items that cannot be returned or exchanged for the reasons specified in Article 25 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" has been approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. According to paragraph 14 of this list, books cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a consumer refuses a product, the seller must refund the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, excluding the seller's shipping costs for the returned product, no later than ten days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding request.
