User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) constitutes an offer by Oleg Petrovich Zubkov, Individual Entrepreneur, posted on the website https://bimbobooks.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") to enter into an agreement under the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. You hereby confirm that from the moment of registration on the Website and for the duration of your use of the Website, as well as the personalized services of the Website, you are a User of the Website until you personally contact the Website administration with a request to terminate any relationship with the Website.

3.1.12. Violating Russian or international law.

3.2. You agree not to use obscene or offensive images, comparisons, or expressions on the Website, including those related to gender, race, nationality, profession, social category, age, or language of individuals or citizens, as well as those related to organizations, government agencies, official state symbols (flags, coats of arms, anthems), religious symbols, or cultural heritage sites (historical and cultural monuments).

5. Terms of Purchase and Delivery

5.2. You hereby agree that your chosen payment method cannot be changed once you place your order on the Website.

5.3. You hereby agree that confirmation of your order paid by bank card or bank transfer will occur only after confirmation of the debit of funds for the order.

5.4. You confirm that payment for your order by bank card or bank transfer must be made within 2 calendar days of placing it on the Website. You agree that if payment is not made within this period, the order may be canceled.

5.5. The Website delivers goods using the following methods: courier delivery and delivery to a pickup point. You may choose any convenient delivery method in accordance with the delivery terms for your region/country or based on your preferences.

5.6. You agree that if the Site is unable to deliver the goods to you due to your fault, including failure to meet the collection deadline, the Site will consider it a rejection of the goods. In this case, the goods will be returned to the Site, and your order will be considered canceled.
